Scrappy is a playful yet cuddly little guy! He LOVES to play and would really prefer another small dog to play with in his new home. He is housebroken to a doggiedoor but will also use a piddlepad if left home alone for too long. Scrappy is really just a total lovebug and needs a lap to warm :)
