After spending the last couple years on the end of a chain, Bear has been saved. Let life begin!
Bears owners tried to make him into a big scary guard dog but he was simply too nice. This big handsome lug is the type of dog that would lead the bad guys to the valuables, so long as they were willing to give him a good pat! Bear is just over 2yrs old and is a big Chocolate Lab mix (supposedly with Saint Bernard). He gets along great with other dogs of all sizes (yes he did well with a 3lb chihuahua). Havent had him around cats yet to see how he will do with them. He loves kids and would be a great family dog, although he may knock the little ones around by accident. He is learning his housemanners as he has never had to use any before. Bear is in need of a foster home until he gets adopted.
