Pepper is the happiest puppy you will ever meet!  You would never know that she has been through a lot in her short life!  She is playful and full of curious energy! 

We encourage homes with another playful medium to small size dog to apply!!!  She is about 95% potty-trained!    Pepper is also VERY vocal when she is excited.
