This sweet girl is Lil’ Ann aka Anna Banana. 
Ann first came to us the first time at only 2 months old severely underweight and very scared. Unfortunately, promises made were not promises kept and she is back in the safety of her foster family once again. We have had her for nearly 5 months and have seen vast improvements in her mannerisms of trust, however she will always be a more cautious dog and will need some specific home placement. 
1) another dog in the home is a must as she’s very pack driven. 
2) a preteen or young teen would be wonderful for her. Especially one willing to have a big cuddle buddy. She immediately trusts children over adults and gravitates toward her foster kids. 
3) exercise! Although she is small she is a runner and loves to stretch her legs. She would love a family that loves walks and adventures.
