Meet Spencer—This tiny tike is a border terrier mix and would love to be your next lapdog! He loves being held, carried, and cuddled. He’s been around dogs of all kinds but is pretty skittish about bigger, pushy dogs. He’s working on potty training, sleeps quietly in his kennel at night, and is a great companion.
