Baxter is a one year old terrier mix with a fun and outgoing personality. He is a very loving and energetic pup. Being a terrier mix he would do well with some basic obedience training to help curb his natural intelligence and curiosity. He would do well in a family setting with several older children (say 6 or older, he did ok with his foster's 4 year old grand daughter but only with supervision) and/or other dogs to keep him company. He does well with other dogs and did well when briefly introduced to a cat. His potty training seems well in check and he was quick to pick up usage of the dog door at his fosters home. He is a great little boy whose only "issues" are ones related to his age and the natural energy and intelligence that come from being a terrier mix. He should grow out of the first eventually and the others can be kept in check by providing him an energetic home and proper training and care.
