What a goof ball!  Merlin came to us as a feral dog from California.  For the most part he is still very timid around people and will run away from you if you approach him to fast.  Once he gets to know you, he is able to drum up the courage to sneak up to you.   If you say his name he will come to you if you crouch to his level.  with enough time he will actually let you pet him on his head.  Lately he has been so excited to see us that he will run up on you and jump on your leg and come crashing to the ground. What a silly boy!  Merlin has truly come along way.  I know that the home we find him will continue to discover new hidden personalities.
