We first met Jinx when we wandered into AARF and stated we wanted to foster the dog that needed it most. She says, "how about a 7 month old American Bulldog?" We were like awesome. Out comes this giant, uncoordinated, goofy puppy. He ended up with AARF after an individual had purchased him from a breeder and then could not handle his energy.

On the drive home, my husband was already talking about keeping him. I told him that we were only fostering him and helping him get good home skills so that he could find his own family. We already have 4 dogs.  As you can tell, the rest is history. Jinx will be 5 in July. He came right in like he had always been part of the pack. We have had our challenges with him but it is amazing what training, exercise, and doggy daycamp can do. He is still a big goof and our pack would not be complete without him.
